Vision

At Coppetts Wood Primary School and Children’s Centre our vision is to develop confident, inquisitive, happy learners who:

- Are inspired to have a lifelong love of learning.
- Have high self esteem, high aspirations and experience success.
- Show good behaviour, respect and responsibility and make a positive contribution to their school and community.

We will achieve this by creating an inclusive, safe and stimulating environment with high quality creative learning experiences.

We will value the contribution of the whole school community – children, staff, governors, parents and carers - in working towards making this vision a reality.

Aims:

To ensure every child reaches their potential both academically and socially.
To equip our children with skills in Reading, Writing, Numeracy and ICT for their future.
To ensure each child will be given equal opportunities to participate in all aspects of school life.
To work as a team to achieve best possible outcomes for the children.
To promote our integrated school and children’s centre in providing quality Early Years experience for all children.
To offer a broad balanced appropriate curriculum which will encourage academic, creative, physical, social, emotional and spiritual development.
To build on our inclusive philosophy where everyone is equal and differences are celebrated.
To foster and develop a successful partnership with both the family and the community.
To ensure collaboration and respect between all stakeholders.
